All ready-made SaunaLAB premium outdoor sauna models are fully built at the factory and delivered assembled. Once placed on-site and connected to electricity, they are ready for use. DIY THERMA sauna kits are delivered disassembled with full assembly instructions.

A SaunaLAB premium outdoor sauna requires a simple leveled surface. After ordering, a SaunaLAB representative provides a detailed foundation point drawing. Typically, 4 to 6 leveled blocks placed 5 to 10 cm above ground are enough. A solid concrete slab with plywood pads is also suitable.

Do SaunaLAB premium outdoor saunas come with a warranty?

Industrial components including electrical parts, heater, hardware, and paint carry an EU warranty. Natural wood is not covered by warranty because its aging depends on placement, weather, maintenance, and surrounding environment.

It depends on the season. During summer, Sauna production usually takes 4 – 6 weeks from the moment the order is placed. In winter, it’s typically around 4 weeks. Depending on the destination, delivery with our logistics partners usually takes no more than 3 – 5 days

Are saunas delivered fully assembled?

All ready-made Sauna models are fully built at our factory – down to the last screw – and delivered in finished form. Once placed on-site, unpacked, and connected to electricity, they are ready for use immediately.
DIY THERMA kits are delivered disassembled. Following the included instructions, the sauna can be assembled piece by piece and is ready for use upon completion.

Can I customize my Sauna’s layout and features?

Are your Saunas really fully hand-crafted?

Yes, our Saunas are truly hand-made by a team of experienced craftsmen, to preserve authenticity and tradition.
DIY Sauna kits are made with CNC cutting to provide precise and easy installation.

Do I need a foundation for my sauna?

You need a simple, leveled surface. After ordering your Sauna, our representative will send you a detailed foundation point drawing. Based on drawing, you’ll need to position 4 to 6 foundation points (depending on the Sauna layout). These are typically leveled blocks, with a recommended floor height of 5–10 centimeters above ground. If you’re placing the sauna on a solid, leveled surface (concrete slab or terrace) – plywood pads positioned according to the foundation diagram are perfectly sufficient – just to ensure the Sauna isn’t resting directly on the ground.

Do saunas have a warranty?

All industrially used components – such as electrical, the heater, hardware, paint, and similar – are covered by EU warranty. Due to wood being a natural, organic material, its aging is not covered by warranty. The wear and aging of the wood depends entirely on where the Sauna is placed – be it on a mountain top, by the seaside, or under a terrace next to your home.
